It is near the old city and bazars and markets are very near. Taxis are easy to find.
Very old and poor furniture, bad smell, dirty towels and bed sheet, no room service in two days, very poor wi-fi that didn't work during my stay.

Nothing, only the location
Everything, the rooms, not clean, cant open windows bcaus they were paintin whilst there and they had no ventilation and the paint smell was in the room,lifts, hall ways enough to make me sick and had to change room, bedding was dirty, no towels, toilet paper, cups for drinking nothing. Will never go there again.

Exremely affordable hotel in Old Jeddah Area. 5-10 minute walk to Old Jeddah/Balad. My room was clean and comfortable with individual a/c control. The manager upgraded me to a junior suite which I felt was very a very nice gesture. I would definately choose this hotel again and recommend it to others.
Windows (external side) need a good cleaning in order to fully appreciate the awesome view of the corniche.

Hotel staff were nice, also food was delicious, location near to most of attractions, internet speed is acceptable, price was not that much for stay during that time in Jeddah

No breakfast expensive comparing with service bathroom ( only shower) no entertaiment( swimming , gim,,,) tv very bad very noisy rooms

I like the warm welcome and upgrade to suite room instead of single room without any extra charge. In addition they have asked me to pay my bill at time of check-out not before which is to my opinion is very good way to treat customers. They have never charge my Master Card.
The car parking is quite difficult to find.
